First Visit Expectations

If you’re like most patients, you appreciate being informed before arriving at a new office. Below is an overview of what you can expect during your first visit to Simply Aligners.

Your first visit is not only about our team getting to know you, but also about you getting to know our team. In the time we spend together, we encourage you to ask questions, express your concerns, and share with us anything you want us to know to help make your care as individual as you are.

New patients will be introduced to an iTero® and Invisalign® trained assistant who will conduct a comprehensive Invisalign® consultation. Patients will have digital photographs and an iTero® scan to screen for Invisalign® candidacy. 

Our assistant will explain the Invisalign® treatment process, show the patient their scan results and expected outcome, and give them many payment and financing options. All of your questions will be answered at this appointment without any sales pressure. If you decide Invisalign® is right for you, we will set up a meeting with either Dr. Michele or Dr. Robin to determine final treatment factors, present a formal treatment plan, and make payment arrangements.

We want to help you receive the dental care you deserve. We discuss all cost and payment options with you to make sure you are comfortable with your treatment plan and to answer any questions you have before the start of treatment. You will never have surprises when it comes to your bill.
